Go through your website and ask yourself these questions... If you answer "No" to any, you're potentially loosing enquiries and customers on a daily basis.

  1. Can visitors easily find the specific product/service they are looking for?
  2. Is the information about the product/service relevant?
  3. Does each product/services information explain promote your USP (Unique Selling Proposition)?
  4. Have you given the visitor a reason to call or leave their details for more information which gives you a chance to sell it?
  5. Do you have a strong relevant call-to-action in place which is unique to each product/service?
  6. Does each product/services information create urgency and encourage the visitor to contact you now?
  7. Have you provided a 'quick contact' style form that's available on every page in a prominent place with a call-to-action?
  8. Are your contact details clearly visible and prominent on every page?
  9. Are you tracking and improving the performance of your website sales funnel?

  9. Once a visitor has purchased from you, do regularly encourage them to come back and visit your website?
