STAGE 1 Initial Consultation:
First, you'll need to submit your details in the form on this page. We'll then get in contact with you to discuss your requirements. If webSeed is going to work for you, we'll tailer a Website Development Action Plan to get you started. This will include everything you need to know about the website including the paperwork to get started.

STAGE 2 Sitemap:
After we start your project, a sitemap is created to outline exactly what pages and content will be included all in one easy to read document. This will give you a clear understanding of what content is required from you so there is plenty of time to organise it.

STAGE 3 Choosing & Customising a Layout:
A range of pre-designed layouts are hand selected for you to choose from. Once you narrow down a layout, a mockup will be provided to show you how the site will look and feel. You can make changes as needed, we want you to love the look of your website!

STAGE 4 Technical Development:
Once the mockup is finalised and approved,technical development of the site can begin. Technical Development will commence on one of our powerful Australian based hosting servers. This is where we turn the actual design into your functional website.

STAGE 5 Adding Your Content:
Now it's time for us to add the contact you have supplied based on the sitemap.

STAGE 6 Site Testing:
The site will be tested across a range of different system and browser environments. Google Analytics (The industry leader tracking analytics tool) will be installed to allow precise reporting on traffic sources, visitor trends and search engine data.

STAGE 7 Site Launch:
When site is approved for official launch, the site can be made live at the click of a button.

Colours, graphical & css will be customised to suit your logo and brand. Rather then spending the additional thousands having a template custom designed, coded and developed for your business from scratch, you are able to save big $$$ and put your money to better use with our layout customisation service. This is not a simply “One size fits all” system… We work with you to customise a pre-designed layout to suit your specific needs. You receive the following:

• A range of pre-designed layout will be hand picked for you to choose from based on your needs and suitability. (We have thousands of unique designs to choose from)
• A mockup may be provided depending on the complexity of the customization required.
• Your logo and graphics will be manually added to suitable places in the layout.
• Colours, graphical & css will be customised to suit your logo and brand.
• All pre-designed layouts are coded to conform to W3C Standards, be completely table less, have cross-browser compatible CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)

Social sharing buttons such as Facebook, Youtube & Twitter will be added throughout the site where needed.

The site will be based around the state of the art user friendly Content Management System (CMS) Joomla!

This allows authorised user(s) (administrators) to do all of the following via simple graphical steps WITHOUT any website or coding knowledge:

• Add new pages and links.
• Change content and photos on existing pages.
• View Basic Statistics including content views, visitor’s searches.

These are the pages which will be made up of text and images which you can easily update in-house in the future if needed.

We will recommend which content pages you should have on the website and how to structure the content for the best result.

There is no limit to the number of content pages you have on the website. Initially, we'll add up to 15 for you, the rest can be easily added yourself.

A basic contact form will be included on the contact page to assist in generating enquiries. People tend to take the easiest option/follow the “path of least resistance” when browsing websites and the majority of the time would prefer to fill out a quick form rather then make a phone call. This can also have a Google Map if needed.

This system utilises the powerful ‘two step’ lead generation system that allows you to generate more leads while building a list of prospects and getting follow up information where possible.

There will be one small form in a prominent place on every page that simply asks for a Name, Phone and Email. It will have a call-to-action such as “Get a fast XYZ quote! Simply enter your details below…”. Where “XYZ” is what we identify people are searching for.

Step 1: The prospective customer enters their details and presses “Submit”.

Step 2: They are then sent to a more detailed form where all details are available to be completed. The details they entered on the previous page are already completed, so the user feels committed to completing the form which is then emailed to admin and stored in the database.

This also allows you to link directly to "Step 2", the full form.

The site will be tested across a range of different system and browser environments.

Various staff members will test the website to make sure it is very user friendly. Improvements/changes will be made if necessary.

Google Analytics (by far the world leading website analytics software) will be integrated which allows you to see exactly what type of people are visiting your website, where they are located, how they got to your site, what they did on your site, goal tracking and many other types of extremely useful data which allows you to improve the site constantly.

Basically, the site will be developed in a way that can be easily read by search engines in the most SEO friendly structure possible. On-site Search Engine Optimisation considerations will be made such as the following:

• Proper Metadada tag structure
• Proper Heading Structure (h1, h2, h3 etc)
• Proper Page Content Structure
• SEF URL's (Search Engine Friendly)

Further advise on how to optimize the site will be given including off-site optimization, the use of Google webmaster tools and analytics.

NOTE: This does not mean your new website will come up at the top of a search engine after it is created, it simply means for the long term, when you are actively promoting the website and optimizing it for specific search terms, it will be a little easier for search engines to read your website and rank you accordingly.

We take care of your domain name, hosting and emails for one low ongoing fee.

Support: If there are any bugs, glitches or issues with the code or any part of the website which make it not function as it should (noted in this proposal), we will fix them at no charge, as soon as physically possible. Documentation: When your webTree website development is complete, you will be provided with an Administration manual that shows you how to:

• Change text on content pages
• Add new content pages
• Add new menu items
• Manage any additional features

Training: If required, we will spend up to 2 hour going through the Administration Manual with you to step you through it. Usually, it’s easy enough to pick up right away by following the Administration Manual.

All of our solutions are upgradeable, so in the future when you are ready to do more with your website you won't have to pay the full price to upgrade to webTree Solution.
